Sunrise Hideaway

The Airbnb was good. I normally, blindly, leave 5 star reviews for all places I go, but I couldn't do that here because of the many things where the host / property management has made choices that cheapened the guest experience. These areas have a significant impact on guest experience. Towels & bed sheets. Both original & over 20+ years old. Kind of gross to sleep in bed linens & drying our bodies off with very old linens. They were absolutely original & looked from the 90's. When the elastic on the fitted bedsheets keeps coming undone / no longer stretches, you know it's at least a decade old or more. Time to update. No AC... just ceiling fans. We had a group of 6 adults stay here. The house averaged about 80 degrees inside while we were there. No AC really made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Host reply time was slow. No soap was provided in either bathroom. And the soap we found that was provided in the half bathroom was I think .5 ounce of liquid? They were small sample size.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Peaceful but no outdoor furniture to enjoy the great wrap around porch. The house could use updated/new linens. Great sound system throughout the common areas.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The location was perfect for exploring Estes Park and nearby attractions. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail. We made some great memories here and would definitely stay again.
